A: We focus on breathable film/textile. We laminate with many kinds of materials (nonwoven, paper woven and so on). 
    The main area are diaper backsheet fabric, coverall fabric, desiccant pack fabric, warm pack fabric, medical fabric,  agriculture cover, construction fabric, outdoor fabric... and so on.

     2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished product

     4. We also established a good tracking system. Once you give us the defect number, we can track all components

     5. All of our products are under supervisor by our QC department, which grantee the disqualify products would not     
         enter  the market.

A: 1) Film performance: Yes, we can follow customer's demand to change condition on resin or machine to meet customer  required.
     2) Printing customizable: Yes, we can follow customer's design to print on the film. 
     3) Packaging details: Yes, we can follow customer's demand for different size on box and pallet.

A: 1. Please send your design file (ai, pdf, jpg) to us.
     2. We will follow your design to modify all details to suit our printing machine.
     3. We will send new file to you for first step confirmation.
     4. If you have any question on the new design, we will discuss that and change that.
     5. Once we get your first confirmation, we will print design on paper and send to you.
     6. Once you get paper, if everything is ok, please sign it back to us for confirmation.
     7. We will prepare the new printing cylinder which follow this paper and try run on machine to have sample film.
     8. We will send you the printing film for your final confirmation.
     9. Once you confirm the printing film, please sign it back and we will run the commercial products based on your 
          order.
                   ***Please note: Once we prepare the printing cylinder, the change on design is impossible.***

A: We have over 50 years experiences in chemical background, this are supporting us to produce the PE breathable 
     compound by our high technology. We are also design the film machine and lamination machine by ourselves; 
     combine with our chemical theory and the most advance machinery to achieve the excellent 10gsm film for market.

A: After you pay the printing cylinder charge and confirm design process, we can supply 1 roll free of charge, but the     
     courier charge shall cover by customers.

A: 1 color cylinder cost US1,800 and it require to be prepaid before we do this cylinder. The cylinder charge will refund if 
     order over 1*40HQ during 1 year.

A: Please give us clear details of products. We will follow your specification to quote best price to you. If you are very 
     urgent to get the price, please tell us in advance. We will put it in our first priority.

A: In fact, some competitors do 1 time business. They supply good quality on sample sheet/roll, but they use a lot of     
     recycle resin, disqualify ink to reduce the cost during mass production. However, Kae Hwa is looking for long term 
     business. Your choice is our responsibility.

A: a. Inquiry--- Provide your detail requirement and it will help us to provide sufficient information for your understand

     d. Production--- When PO and PI was confirm by both parties, the products will insert to production schedule.

A: It depends on your order item and quantity. It normally take around 4-6 weeks after confirm PI or PO received. The earlier  delivery is negotiable.

A: All paper core is 3". Black pure plastic bag pack the roll-goods. Barcode label will stick on the outside of each roll. If 
     roll  width is small, we will load 3/4 layers per pallet with Fumigation certificate.

A: Normally we produce most exactly quantity base on customer's order. We don't keep any stock in warehouse, but     
     we do  appreciate customer provide their forecast in advance. 

A : Depends on item, width and length. We normally load as follows :
      For Sleepy1812TA/1812TA-P/1512TA/1512TA-P : 2700 meters per roll , 12-16 rolls/pallet, width from 260-380mm
      For Sleepy1312TA/1312TA-P/1012TA/1012TA-P : 3000 meters per roll , 12-16 rolls/pallet, width from 260-380mm
      *20 FCL can take about 240-260rolls. *40HQ FCL can take about 560-600rolls.
       ***Other spec. is negotiable***
